At checkout you will be presented with 2 options to ship your order
As a standard, all UK orders received before 2 pm are fulfilled and dispatched on the same day with Royal Mail.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and text with a tracking number and shipping updates. You can edit your delivery date and address directly via Royal Mail's website.
London
Local Delivery
Residents of London (within the M25) can now place any order on our website and enjoy a 4 hour delivery window to receive their parcels on the same day.
Courier fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode.
Note:
Orders received before 2 pm will be delivered the same day. Thereafter, orders will be delivered the following working day.

DHL Express
All orders placed for international delivery are processed with DHL Express, ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Return (1-3 working days)
As a standard, we include the Tracked 24 returns bag inside all our testing kits free of charge, as it provides our customers with access to the vast network of Royal Mail post boxes.
Delivery times are 1-3 working days.
