Please choose the desirable and more applicable option for your shipping delivery at checkout.

 

1) Next-Day or Two Days Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48

As a standard, all orders received before 1 p.m. are fulfilled and dispatched on the same day with Royal Mail for a next-day or two-day delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and text with a tracking number and shipping updates. 

Should you not be at home, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect your parcel from your local depot before returning it back to us.


2) Private same-day courier service in London

Residents of London (within the M25) can place an order on our website and enjoy a same-day delivery service.

Courier fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode.

 

Test samples return to the lab

Below you will find your courier options for returning your test sample to the lab for a quick analysis.

* Additional fees will be applied for private courier return services in London.

 

1) Royal Mail Tracked 24 Return (1-2 working days)

As a standard, we include the Tracked 24 returns bag inside all our testing kits free of charge, as it provides our customers with access to the vast network of Royal Mail post boxes for returning their samples back to our labs. 

Delivery times are 1-3 working days.

 

2) Same-day return to the lab

Have a private courier deliver and/or send your testing kit at your specified time and date. The driver can wait while you take your sample and will have it returned directly back to the lab on the same day.

3) Lost parcels 

For items reported as lost, the following timeframes apply:
  • UK Orders: Patients must notify us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. We will then initiate an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 30 days.
  • International Orders: Patients must notify us within 20 days from the shipment date. Investigations for international orders typically take up to 7 days.

Policy 4: Use of External Couriers

Patients are advised that if they choose to use their own courier service or arrange for an external courier (not affiliated with or arranged by our company) to collect or deliver their medication, we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise, including lost, missing, delayed, or damaged items.

Please note the following:

  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for any items lost or not delivered when an external courier has been used.

  • Responsibility for ensuring safe collection and delivery lies entirely with the patient and their chosen courier service.

  • Once the order has been handed over to an external courier, our responsibility ends, and any disputes must be taken up directly with the courier provider by the patient.
